Fabry's Disease

Also called  Angiokeratoma Corporis Diffusum,   sex-linked hereditary disease in which a deficiency in the enzyme alpha-galactosidase A results in abnormal deposits of a glycosphingolipid (ceramide trihexoside) in the blood vessels.
